Nigeria is grappling with a staggering youth unemployment rate of 58.1%. This crisis is not merely a statistic; it's a lost generation of potential, a drain on our economy, and a threat to our nation's stability. The gap between education and employment is widening. Too often, graduates emerge from universities ill-equipped to navigate the dynamic job market and create sustainable enterprises. This disconnect is a missed opportunity, a squandered resource.

By equipping them with the tools to create or lead sustainable enterprises, we are investing in Nigeria's future and unlocking the boundless energy and innovation of our youth.
Who We Are
Inspire Africa for Global Impacts Initiative (Inspire Africa) is reshaping the future of leadership and entrepreneurship across the continent. Through our innovative programs, we are empowering a new generation of youth leaders and entrepreneurs to redefine their career paths and impact their communities.

Our mission is to bridge the digital divide and equip underserved youth with the skills and knowledge they need to thrive in the global economy and contribute to a sustainable future.
Founded in Nigeria in 2016, Inspire Africa has been at the forefront of providing accessible digital literacy and soft skills training. We believe that by nurturing talent and fostering innovation, we can unlock Africa's immense potential and drive progress towards the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.​

Recognizing the critical need for digital transformation, we launched the Ignite Innovation Lab in July 2020, our first fully digital program aimed at accelerating the growth of African startups and entrepreneurs. Through this initiative, we provide practical training, mentorship and resources to help young people adopt cutting-edge technologies, foster entrepreneurship, and create new jobs in the digital economy

Ignite Innovation Lab
The IGL Digital Transformation program is an online hackathon and incubator designed to empower African youth (ages 19–30) with cutting-edge skills to create innovative digital solutions that address pressing global challenges.

The Orators
The Orators is Nigeria’s premier public speaking competition, dedicated to nurturing the next generation of eloquent, visionary leaders. Tailored for young Nigerians aged 18 to 25, the program is designed to cultivate exceptional skills in oratory, leadership, creativity, and innovation.

The Winning Streak
The Winning Streak is both a comprehensive book and fundraising workshop designed to support entrepreneurs in securing capital and grants for their businesses or NGOs.
